booking terms & conditions @ the mardale inn
Availability - Please email us to check availability via info@mardaleinn.co.uk or by telephone on +44 [0]1931 713 244.
Deposit - a deposit is required on booking - the minimum is £50. We accept all major credit cards with the exception of Diners and Amex.
Cancellation - should you choose to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately. Your full deposit will only be refunded at our discretion if notice is given at least one month in advance of the date of your booking. If it is later than one month before your arrival date, we will endeavour to re-let the room/s on your behalf. If we are successful you will be refunded all monies paid minus a £25 administration fee.
Balance - the balance payable for your stay at the Mardale Inn must be settled upon departure.
Checking in and out - your room will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your room by 10am on the day of your departure.
Towels and bedding - towels and bedding, as well as some bathroom toiletries are provided.
Pets - dogs are welcome, except for bitches in season. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, and they should not be left unattended in your room at any time.
Single Saturdays - due to the nature of our small business we reserve the right not to accept single Saturday night bookings.
Babies and small children - we have a travel cot and high chair which you are welcome to use.
